Makes approx 9 pancakes. Use within 14 days. To cook the pancakes heat up a large sauce pan with a little coconut oil (or any other oil or plant based butter) and use a 1/4 cup measure to scoop into the pan. Cook for 3mins per side. Repeat until desired amount of pancakes are cooked add more oil as needed. Then store batter in fridge for up to one week.
