The vegan Nacho Bean Bowl dream weeknight dinners are made of

This easy recipe uses our Samadhi Whole Foods Spiced Nacho Beans to make a quick and mouth-watering weeknight dinner. Not only is it simple to make, the additions can be altered to suit your tastes and ensure it's the tastiest dinner you'll have!

Nacho Bean Bowl Recipe



- 1 cup basmati rice (or your preferred rice!)

- Samadhi Whole Foods Spiced Nacho Beans (900g)

Optional additions:

- 1 avocado, cubed or smashed

- 1 red capsicum, sliced

- 1 carrot, grated

- Lettuce



Step 1: Wash and prepare your rice either in a rice cooker, or as per the packet instructions

Step 2: Pop open a Samadhi Spiced Nacho Beans container and pour the contents into a medium saucepan. Heat on a medium heat with the lid on, stirring often.

Step 3: While the rice and beans are cooking, prepare any sides you would like to have with it. We recommend adding some avocado, grated carrot and capsicum and fresh lettuce. You can even add some of our tasty cashew cheese (find it in our online store)

Step 4: Once the Samadhi Nacho Beans have heated completely, serve in a bowl with rice and your choice of sides.
