Our Green Soup is the perfect quick and cosy winter night meal

Soups are the mainstay of winter dinner plans, and our Green Soup is a delicious and nutritious addition to your fridge or freezer for those dark nights you just don't want to cook!


Alright, we admit, it's not our prettiest meal...but it tastes delightful and is perfect when served with warm bread and some nuts and seeds on top.


Green Soup Recipe


 

Ingredients:


- Samadhi Whole Foods Green Soup (900g)


- Rye Sourdough (or any bread you like! Optional)


- Nuts & seeds to garnish (we love using cashews & sunflower seeds. Optional)


 

Method:


Step 1: Pop open a Samadhi Green Soup and pour into a medium saucepan.

Step 2: Heat on high with lid on until boiling. Bring heat down to medium/low and stir often for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Once soup is heated through, serve in a bowl with your choice of sides and garnishes. We went with some toasted bread rubbed with garlic & herbs, and roasted cashews.

Step 4: Enjoy!
