There's few meals more satisfying than a warm and nourishing curry on a winter night (or any night). We make it easier for you to whip up a flavourful weeknight dinner with our meal bases! Here we show you how to prepare a delicious Buddha Curry with rice.
Buddha Curry with rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice (or your preferred rice!)
- Samadhi Whole Foods Buddha Curry (900g)
- Optional: broccoli and snow peas, or any other greens you like as a side!
Method:
Step 1: Wash and prepare your rice either in a rice cooker, or as per the packet instructions
Step 2: Pop open a Samadhi Buddha Curry container and pour the contents into a medium saucepan. Heat on a medium heat with the lid on, stirring often.
Step 3: While the rice and curry are cooking, prepare any sides you would like to have with it. We've used steamed broccoli and snow peas in the photo above, but a fresh salad is also a great side!
Step 4: Once the Buddha Curry has heated completely, serve in a bowl with rice and your choice of sides.
Step 5: Enjoy!
