Red Lentil Dahl With Rice
Follow these steps for a delicious, easy, and nourishing dinner.
Wash and prepare your rice either in a rice cooker, or as per the packet instructions
Pop open a Samadhi Red Lentil Dahl container and pour the contents into a medium saucepan. Heat on a medium heat with the lid on, stirring often.
While the rice and dahl are cooking, prepare any sides you would like to have with it. We went with some pan fried tofu, cherry tomatoes and zucchini.
Once the Samadhi Red Lentil Dahl has heated completely, serve in a bowl with rice and your choice of sides. Garnish with nuts, seeds, dried fruit or herbs.
